At Natasha Denona, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we accept returns of new or gently used items within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be returned in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or a sturdy alternative to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
